I have always loved all things lemon. When I was up in Saratoga Springs for the horse races, I ended up in Saratoga Olive Oil Company and picked up a bottle of their Meyer Lemon Olive Oil. It is made by crushing and cold pressing the pulp from fresh lemons and olives together.
I recently took an olive oil class in Venice. Downtown Venice is so charming.

I love this Saratoga Olive Oil Company Meyer Lemon Olive Oil and am so happy it is available online since my first bottle is long gone. I use it grilling fish, vegetables, and chicken, for salads, baking, pasta. I made crostini the other night and brushed the bread slices with it before baking in lieu of regular olive oil and it was delicious. It is especially wonderful for summer cooking and makes a great hostess gift.
I agree, delicious! I have used it in baking and the flavor comes through nicely. There’s a family here in south Sarasota who own a store and they import flavored oils including orange and lemon. Mazzone is the name of their store.
