There are few things I would rather receive than a beautiful interior design book. Yesterday afternoon, I took a break from Christmas decorating and the dogs and I sat in the lanai cuddling under a ChappyWrap blanket as it has turned a bit chilly here - 75 degrees - LOL. I enjoyed reading one of my new books Rattan.
These are favorites of mine that would make wonderful Christmas gifts. BTW, Amazon is having an amazing deal where you buy two books and you get the third free on selected books. This is on top of their already well discounted prices. All of these books below are covered by this really exceptional deal. Just add the three books to your cart and the offer will apply at checkout.
Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours! My home is all decorated for Christmas inside and out and my Christmas shopping is all done. And my window washer is due here in 1 hour in spite of the holiday - my last project! (He is from Europe and does not celebrate Thanksgiving and is thrilled to have a job today). Then I am looking forward to food and football.
Happy Thanksgiving, Beth, and thanks for all the beauty and grace you bring to us all!
ReplyDeleteHappy Thanksgiving! Thanks for all the great book recommendations.

ReplyDeleteHappy Thanksgiving Beth. I’d love to have all of those books on my coffee table! Thank you for the many wonderful blog posts, they certainly bring me and all your readers so much joy.

ReplyDeleteThe happiest Thanksgiving to you, Beth.
ReplyDeleteGrateful for you in my IN box!
I have some of these books and love them! Happy Thanksgiving to you!
ReplyDeleteI love interior design books too, and have some of the ones you mentioned. I have a book addiction anyway, so I have to be careful! One of my favorites that you pictured is One Man's Folly. I've also recently acquired The Well Adorned Home by Cathy Kincaid and Amanda Lindroth's Island Hopping. I happen to also love Carolyn Quartermaine. She is primarily known as a fabric/textile designer, but has published one book that I am aware of, Revealed.
ReplyDeleteOne of the most phenomenal designers I have ever seen is Gregory Hucek, and for the life of me, I cannot recall how I found him. He goes above and beyond designing interiors. He really designs what I would consider to be fantasies. If you google him you will see that he does have a website if you want to check it out.
Happy Thanksgiving, Beth!
