Fellow DC blogger Lindsay from The Pursuit of Style took a very beige and boring stairwell in her rental and turned it into Palm Beach Chinoiserie Chic with paint, a fabulous vintage palm frond chandelier, and a gallery wall. I love the chandelier - those light bulbs are a great touch and the gallery wall with two of the prints framed in gold bamboo - my "go to" choice for framing also. The last painting is an abstract that will be added soon - you know how I love abstract art with Chinoiserie. Isn't the wall color similar to the mint green I used in my kitchen?
