What Exactly Does Chinoiserie Taste Like?

I got a chuckle out of this event notice I received and thought I would share it.


2012 TASTE of Chinoiserie
Saturday, Sep 22 6:00p to 11:00p
at The Bull and Bear Club, Richmond, VA
SCAN’s 2nd Annual TASTE event will be a TASTE of Chinoiserie and feature James Beard Award-winning chefs Peter Chang and Scott Drewno. This dining experience will include a cocktail reception, live and silent auctions featuring spectacular dining, entertaining, travel and sporting events packages and a five-course, wine paired, seated dinner, featuring Chinese and French Cuisines.

    Wow sounds like quite an event and that table is simply perfect.....love it!

    Wonder if the food was as good as it sounds? NOBODY does a table like Mr. Pinto, to be sure.
