A great DIY project - I just saw foo dogs like these on lucite bases at HomeGoods and T.J. Maxx for $19.99 each. Spray paint them high gloss red and convert them into lamps. The pair below are on 1st dibs for $1,895. Another great DIY, they were created taking a vintage pair and adding lucite bases and metallic lamp shades. The vintage blanc de Chine pair in the last photo, I snagged on Etsy last night for under $50 including shipping - I found them researching this Ideabook.
