Chinoiserie Courage


This is from the apartment of the late and oh so great Mark Hampton. Legend has it that he took this hand painted wallpaper and scrunched it into tight wads before hanging it to give it age and surface texture. No guts, no glory.

    I think the idea of making something your own & not focusing on anything ever being "perfect" (as if it could be!) is so chic dahhling!
