Pink by Ann Getty

Think pink can't be sophisticated? Think again. This room by Ann Getty is absolute Chinoiserie perfection. Check out the pink and white toile curtains and those rods, the seagrass rug, the Chinoiserie chair in red, pink, and gold, and that stunning red lacquer Chinoiserie secretary. I cant get enough of combining pink, red, and Chinoiserie.

  1. This room just took my breath away! From the pickled walls to the wonderful chinoiserie sectretary to the fabulous antique chair to the killer pink toille to the allow-me-to-rob-a-bank-for-those-divine-branches rods... it's a vertiable symphony of Chinoiserie perfection.

    In a word, "Wow!"

  3. Magpie is spot-on and once again, thank you, Beth, for sharing such an incredible room. I would love to see the rest, to learn if it is a sitting room or a bedroom. Moreover, do you know who makes that fabric? I'd save up to reupholster two chairs in that!
