This is the way it should be hung

Quadrille/China Seas Paradise Background duvet upside down - not good at all

Lonny - Chinese garden stool turned upside down as umbrella stand - very clever

  2. clever post. Sometimes it's very chic to use something in a way it wasn't meant to be used. And sometimes it's just wrong...unfortunately the wallpaper looks really wrong. How sad.

  3. Clever post, you made me laugh, and, if the offending decorators read your blog, or hear about it, they will be cringing.

  4. Most would have noticed that. It is beautiful in the other image. Love the paper.

  6. How strange about the paper. I wonder if they knew and did it on purpose? Or if it just was a mistake?

  7. Now why didn't I think of the umbrella idea? I have been looking for a lovely umbrella holder for a long time.

  8. I am amazed that no one caught the upside down duvet. Could it be possible that someone had the "brilliant idea" to hang the wallcovering upside down on purpose? It is really awful.
