One Minute Christmas Trees

Wicker Mantel Trees

I am now in full holiday decorating planning mode. The last two years I had scaled back my Christmas decorating with the pandemic and being in the middle of renovating my new home. But this year I plan on a new Christmas tree, ornaments, and other decor. And I am ordering things now before they run out.

I mentioned that I am on the hunt for a new large artificial tree. I did look at Lowe's and Hobby Lobby since they have put up their displays. The trees at my stores at least were truly ugly. So my search continues.

I do love the idea of tabletop trees for the mantel, sideboard, entryway table, or anywhere! Also perfect for an apartment or folks who have stopped putting up large trees. These are chic and instant gratification.

The ones above are wicker and mahogany and available in 2 sizes. Find them here. They call them mantle trees on their website - come on people - you mean mantel. Made of wicker and mahogany, they have a sophisticated organic vibe. Update - I emailed customer service about the "mantel" not "mantle" and they sent me a very nice thank you email and made the correction.

Here are other choices.

I have posted before on this wonderful blue and white chinoiserie tree and many of you have gotten one and love it. I have one and love it too. A pair would be great on a mantel or sideboard.

  3. Beth, I bought an absolutely perfect artificial tree from Balsam Hill last year and can't wait to put it back up this year! Their trees are so lifelike - and easy to put up. Think you'll like them!

    1. Which one do you have? My Nordstrom will have them in person and I plan to see them there.

  4. Hi Beth, Love the mantel tree ideas; thinking about ordering the woven one. Also, kudos to your well-written posts. As a retired English teacher, I sometimes feel irritated at the state of some bloggers' writing skills, and wonder if I should trust their recipes or diy project instructions. By-the-way, Target has many rattan and wicker items online now.

    1. Thank you!!!!!! I was an English major undergrad and am an attorney, so it is very important to me. I do try to write a little less formally online. I have posted recently on many Target wicker items - they are wonderful and well priced.
