The Blue and White Coastal Living Room

Marshall Watson - Flower Magazine

This beautiful Palm Beach living room, with its palette of blues and creams, incorporates a framed Chinoiserie panel, ginger jars, Greek key, and seashells. Although this room has a lot going on, its cohesive approach maintains a calm and soothing feel.

    1. Me too - my master bedroom is blue and cream and it is a nice alternative to blue and white. A bit different.

    2. As they say, it's all in the details and this room has great attention to detail.

  4. What a pretty, pretty room! I love that shade of blue. Often I find that many blues are too cold for me, but this looks fresh and uplifting. I love the fireplace mantel, surround and masonry - it's gorgeous. I wonder what kind of stone/material the masonry is. It doesn't appear to be brick. It has a sort of peachy/light brown color to it. Which issue of Flower Magazine did this room appear in? I subscribe to FM, and I don't remember seeing it. For anyone who loves Veranda Mag, I recommend Flower Mag. It showcases beautiful interiors and gardens.
