The Chinese Chippendale Chair

I am frequently asked for sources for Chinese Chippendale chairs. Craigslist and eBay are great sources for vintage or used ones, but can take time and patience, especially if you are looking for four or six chairs for the dining room. Here are my favorite sources for new Chinese Chippendale chairs. My first choice pictured above and below is by Jonathan Adler. Much loved by interior designers, it has become a classic.

  2. Ballard Designs also carries a black one that I'm currently considering. Just wondering how comfortable it would be.

  9. I love these chairs. I almost bought some for my porch this past Spring. Enough about chairs though. Girl, you need to hurry on over to my Virtual Soiree because you are one of the honorees. Yes, I'm throwing a virtual party to honor all of you that worked so hard on the Design Challenge. There is food, drink, music, gifts and loads of fun. You need to get on over here. This party is for you! Mona
