Fils au Chinois Tablescape

If you have not heard of Bell'occhio, it is an amazing shop in San Francisco offering antiques, curiosities, and rarefied merchandise produced by historic ateliers. I have fallen in love with these beautiful French threads. With their wonderful Fils au Chinois labels, they would add a whimsical Chinoiserie touch to your tablescape. Try using these on a dresser, chest, side table, or bedside table for a chic little vignette. Priced from $4-$12 and available online.

  1. ADORE YOUR POST!

Claudia, the owner of Bell'occhio, is a great old friend.

She is devoted to her store--which is hidden away as much as any shop can be hidden away--but people of taste and imagination find her.

Bravo for such a delightful presentation--and great blog.
